Business units help admins associate users or teams with a business unit and cost center. This is useful when teams operate in different countries, currencies, or cost centers.
Open Users & Teams, then select Business Units.
Add a business unit
Select Add business unit to open the form drawer. The form lets you enter a business unit name and configure a cost center, including its department, legal entity, country, and city.
Review the configuration before creating the business unit. This walkthrough does not submit the form.
Edit or archive a business unit
Select a business unit to open its saved configuration, or open the row actions menu. Choose Edit business unit to follow the same editing path.
The row actions menu also includes Remove business unit. Removing a business unit archives it and removes it from the active list. Select Show archived to view archived business units.
