Why is my Generated MTD Card different from the total to be paid?
Why is my Generated MTD Card different from the total to be paid?
The difference between Generated Month-to-Date (MTD) and Total to Be Paid comes from how Dolfin separates what’s been generated from what’s actually due for payment.
Generated MTD shows the total commissions or bonuses earned from deals or achievements in the current month.
This reflects performance-based results (e.g., deals signed or goals reached during that period).Total to Be Paid includes all compensations that are now payable, regardless of when they were originally generated.
This can include payments triggered by past deals or delayed invoice stages that met their payment conditions later.
In short, your Generated MTD shows what you’ve earned this month, while your Total to Be Paid reflects everything that’s ready to be paid out, even if part of it was generated in previous months.
