¿What permissions does a Manager have?

Managers have access to visualize all data and profiles from team members they are managing. They can take the following actions:

  1. Validate compensations

  2. Access to the "My Team" section to manage team performance.

  3. Add manual compensations

  4. Set Target achievements

  5. Add additional data.

¿What are the different user types in Dolfin?

There are 4 types of users on Dolfin

User Type

Description

Actions

Member

Those receiving variable compensation in your organization.

  1. Visibility to their own compensations statements, and metric performance.

  2. Report and resolve issues for compensations.

Manager

Users managing a team that earns compensations.

  1. Access each team member's profile and data.

  2. Validate and resolve compensations.

  3. Make adjustments and add manual compensations.

  4. Manage performance through the "My Team" section

Supervisor

Users that have full view of the organization's data, but limited action permissions in the platform.

  1. Visibility of compensations, statement, and user performance.

  2. Report & resolve compensations through Compensations and Statements sections.

  3. Visibility of user profiles.

Admin

Users that manage their entire organization inside Dolfin. They can view all data and also take special actions other users cannot take.

  1. Full view of the entire organization

  2. Create teams and Add Users.

  3. Create compensation plans and set targets for individuals and teams.

  4. Validate, report, and resolve compensations.

  5. Mark statements as paid.

  6. Add & Deactivate Users from the organization.

How to remove a member from a team?

You can remove a member by accessing the desired team, selecting the member, and clicking on "Remove from team:"
